Regalia MC has a strong academic and professional background, including qualifications in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Education and Business Administration, alongside specialist training in HACCP principles and organisational behaviour. This is further supported by continued MBA studies and Fellowship of the Royal Society of Public Health.

Its expertise also extends to coaching, mentoring and advisory services, market research and marketing, cultural and behavioural studies, supported by a Lead Auditor qualification.
